Great service from 18montrose
I was a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews here! However, I just liked the trainers that I chose, and they were the only place that had my size left. I ordered them on Saturday 23/01/21 and picked free, regular shipping, expected to arrive within 3-5 working days. The next day, it came! I am quite surprised with the pace of the dispatch. Dpd was also congratulated as the driver was in my neighbourhood, so he dropped it off-despite this, I strongly believe that I would have had my trainers today, which would also have been a lot faster than I had expected. I'd certainly use this company/site again!
Won the AF1 Skeleton Trainer
Won the AF1 skeleton on pre-order! The said launch was on the 10th of November, which was a bit of a delay, but the confirmation of order received on the 31st of October and the item received on the next day's delivery on the Sunday! All covered and also included a free shoe safety bag! It's legendary operation! Super quick! 100 percent is recommending!
Great raffle for my Shoes
Somewhat doubtful after reading prior reviews, but nevertheless joined the Atoms raffle. I won and I had the shoes in hand by Thursday after, excellent service, swift delivery with dpd monitoring, I would have 5 stars, but the only thing is you need to respond to emails/Fb messages etc, but aside from that you can't make a mistake for the AM1's they're banging.

I give 5 stars because I finally got my order, after a few unsuccessful attempts to contact you, and an open paypal claim. Guys, please do something to better your customer experience for the sake of footwear & streetwear. You've got a lot of things, really enticing sales promotions, but you're killing your service level online business. Hire a few more employees, get an organisation, whatever it takes. Both the best of it!
