Flowers for my friend with dementia
The dried roses came in time for my dementia friend to open them the day after her birthday. The nursing home sent a snapshot of her laughing as she opened it, and reading the enclosed card made her look very pleased. Thank you for the service. It really helped, because I haven't been able to see my friend properly for a couple of months.
Mixed Feelings
The dried flower gift I sent to a business contact seemed to be way better than the tulips I got from my friend-the tulips died very soon, and even when they came out of the bag they were brown and the leaves were falling off-which is a pity. But it didn't take away the charm of the packaging and the sense of surprise.
Excellent customer service
Unfortunately, the first flowers were missed in the Christmas post, but the organization was really cooperative in replacing them, I opted for a coupon, and the second bunch of freesias arrived safely and on schedule. The purchaser was satisfied with the consistency of both the flowers and the wrapping.

My order did not arrive until one week after my desired delivery date-Royal Mail Difficulty-but as soon as I called the company, I was given the option of refund or voucher so that I could re-order. Snow, and it's unintended consequence!
Beautiful flowers sent from my 'daughter in law,' which brought me no end to celebrate! However, there was a delay in shipment due to heavy snow up here on the Yorkshire moors, which at the time I was entirely unaware of! When the flowers arrived, they looked a bit worse to wear, so I rang Customer Service. The lovely lady I talked to couldn't have been nicer or more supportive, and the next morning I got another package. I just wanted to say how brilliant the Business was, particularly under such unexpected circumstances; thank you very much.
